The Fund's purpose is to make grants to or for the purpose of effective stewardship and support of the Austin PALS

(Peer Assistance Leadership and Service) Program currently in the Austin Independent School District (AISD). Grants shall be for purposes of enabling the PALS Program in AISD to serve as a truly exemplary peer assistance/youth empowerment program.
